What We Do

We raise awareness for mental health issues.

Mental Illness is a Medical Condition

As of 2020, the global frequency of mental health disorders in young adults was roughly 20%, but only 7.3% of the youth in India reported any such illnesses. In a country of 1.38 billion people with such diverse backgrounds, this is a huge disparity.

We want to solve this problem by promoting mental health awareness for young adults and adolescent teens. We endeavour to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues through public education and outreach events. Through inspirational seminars and workshops conducted by experts in the field, we hope to increase awareness about the issue among the youth and adults alike. We raise funds to support our mission through fundraising events and your thoughtful contributions.

Coming Soon!

Many people who are living with mental health issues do not want to talk about it, but mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. It's a medical condition, just like any other! And mental health conditions are treatable through a combination of therapy and medication. We would like to reduce the ‘friction’ or ‘pain points’ that currently prevent people from getting professional care or counselling. We aspire to use our website as a platform to connect people with professional caregivers in their communities.

We also plan to use our social media network and online presence to encourage people through motivational content that focuses on mental wellbeing. The website will also serve as a tool to publish uplifting journal articles about the issue that spread awareness and engage with the community.
